Tracking Shipments
Flatwillow Prep and Ship is eager to get the job done and pride ourselves on getting your shipments out in a timely manner. We are timely, efficient and want to make sure you are satisfied each step of the way. Need help tracking a shipment? Don't worry! If you are having issues tracking a shipment through Seller Central of WFS we happily will retrieve your tracking information and promptly get it over to you.
Return Services
Nothing is more frustrating than receiving damaged inventory - or even just the wrong items all together. When needing to return inventory to the source, you are only charged a return fee if the client or VA ordered the incorrect item. You are never charged for returning or exchanging damaged or incorrect inventory if it's no fault of the client. Additionally, if you would ever like inventory shipped to your residence - we can do that too! Just send us over a pre-paid shipping label, or we will pick the best shipping option and send the items directly to you while the fees are added to your next invoice.

We have the experience and skills necessary to tackle just about every type of shipment that comes our way.
